HEATHER SARTIN
Heather was born and raised in Amory, MS. She attended Amory High School and ICC where she majored in Broadcasting Communications. She was in kaleidoscope through ICC where she sang, was the drum major and in the marching band. Heather has worked in healthcare for over 15 years.
Heather remembers a very special time in her life when she found her desire to help the elderly. She was a young girl when she and her twin brother would visit Lee Manor with her Aunt on Sundays. There was always this lonely man sitting at the front door. No one ever visited him, so Heather and her brother made it a point to share their Sundays with him when they visited the Lee Manor. Before the gentleman passed, he presented Heather and her brother with handmade Birth Certificates to let them know how much they meant to him. They were everything he looked forward to on Sundays.
Heather took her younger life experiences and has applied them to her life. She has such a big heart for the elderly and loves to make them smile. There is someone at every facility that deserves love and attention and this is Heather's daily drive for the residents within her care. She additionally knows the importance of elders staying active and social. She strives to bring them new and fun activities to keep them encouraged, happy and whole body fit.
Heather is married to her husband, Brad Sartin. They have two daughters and are very active members at Lakeview Baptist Church in Tupelo, MS.
